Hi All,
I took a long break from this blog to really simplify my life. After having been about a year into my formal diagnosis of bipolar, I realized my life was too cluttered. So I stopped doing everything. Including this blog. My life-long mental illness had necessitated this change in habits.
My sincere apologies for all the unanswered emails, tweets, DMs, and my lack of presence on Facebook. While I am staying off of Facebook for my mental well-being, I will try my best to answer as many communications as possible.
For the time being, Composer’s Toolbox is back. I can work on the blog at lunch since I have to temporarily work from home. I may not be able to sustain this, but you can always reach me on Twitter and via the podcast Bipolar and Surviving (www.bipolarandsurviving.com).
Anyways, I will be making some changes to the blog, hopefully for the better! In these times, it is important that we all reach out and band together as musicians. The world needs us, and we need the world. Stay healthy, my friends.
