Agustín Amigó – “Querido Profesor”

Agustín Amigó has written a beautiful song in “Querido Profesor”. By using consonant harmonies that venture in and out of gentle dissonance, Querido Profesor brings with it a sense of nostalgia and pondering without being sappy or cliche.

Agustín Amigó - "Querido Profesor"

Querido Profesor is not just well-composed; it is also beautifully performed and recorded. Flowing and not robotic at all, Agustín Amigó’s performance has elegant phrasing and is recorded crystal clear.

What I enjoy most about this track is the sensitivity with which each note is composed, and also with which each note is performed. No note in Querido Profesor is insignificant, and each note is treated with special care.

Take a listen to this track!
